IEX reports 16.1% YoY Q2FY'26 trading volume growth

Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) achieved a 16.1% year-on-year increase in electricity traded volume for Q2FY'26, reaching 35,217 MU. The Real-Time Market saw a 39.1% growth, accounting for 37.1% of total traded volumes. The Green Market increased by 17.7% YoY, and the average Day-Ahead Market price decreased to ₹3.93 per unit, down 12.5% from the previous year.
