Bank of Maharashtra shares near historic high after Q2 update

Bank of Maharashtra reported a 12.1% increase in total deposits to ₹3.09 lakh crore in Q2, and a 14.2% increase in global business to ₹5.63 lakh crore. Its global advances rose 16.87% to ₹2.54 lakh crore. Shares were up nearly 1% to ₹56.98 apiece, a 30.5% gain in six months and nearing a 52-week high.
