Ola gets govt certification for indigenously built ferrite motor

Ola Electric received government certification for its in-house developed rare-earth-free ferrite motor from the Global Automotive Research Centre. The certification verifies the ferrite motor's performance matching rare-earth motors in 7kW and 11 kW variants. This breakthrough eliminates reliance on imported rare-earth motors and dramatically lowers costs.
