Foreign investors net sold Rs 314 crore, Diis invested Rs 5036 crore

Domestic institutional investors were net buyers of Rs 5,036 crore on October 3, while Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 314 crore. The Nifty reclaimed the 25,000 mark and Sensex rose nearly 600 points due to IT and banking gains, driven by global rally and optimistic Q2 corporate earnings. Key indices gained over 1,500 and 500 points, respectively, in three sessions.
