Prestige Group plans Rs 12,000 crore office expansion by FY28

Prestige Office Ventures aims to expand its office portfolio to 30 million square feet by April 2028, at a rental income of Rs 3,200 crore by December 2028. The expansion involves constructing over 17 million sq ft of office space across key metros, with an investment of around Rs 12,000 crore. The company is also entering the data centre business, building a 100 MW facility for NTT in Bengaluru.
