CCI approves Lloyds Metals' acquisition of 49.9% stake in Thriveni Pellets

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) cleared two proposals: Lloyds Metals and Energy's acquisition of 49.99% of Thriveni Pellets Pvt Ltd, and Temasek Holdings' acquisition of stakes in multiple realty entities. Additionally, Ivanhoe Cambridge Singapore Investments II Pte Ltd's acquisition of 40% of Bangalore Asset 2 and Bangalore Asset 3 Pte Ltd was approved.
