ADIA, Motilal Oswal MF buy 2.9% stake in Shaily Engineering Plastics

ADIA and other institutional investors acquired 13 lakh shares or a 2.9% stake in Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited for Rs. 284 crore. They bought the shares at Rs. 2,134 per share on BSE. Lighthouse Funds offloaded the shares, reducing its holding to 1.37% from 4.27%. Promoters hold a 43.72% stake.
