Adani Enterprises plans Rs 3,000 cr NCD raise

Adani Enterprises will raise up to ₹3,000 crore through non-convertible debentures, using methods like private placement, public issue, qualified institutional placement, or preferential issue. The funds will go towards capital expenditure of ₹36,000 crore in the current fiscal, following previous NCD market issues of ₹800 crore and ₹1,000 crore.
