DSM Fresh food lists at 20% premium after market debut

DSM Fresh Foods' shares listed at Rs 120 apiece on the BSE SME platform, a 20% premium over the IPO price of Rs 100. The IPO, which raised over Rs 59 crore, was fully subscribed with Non Institutional Investors and Qualified Institutional Buyers showing significant interest. Proceeds will be used for working capital, marketing, capital expenditures, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
