CRISIL relocates Mumbai HQ to Saki Vihar Road

CRISIL shifted its Mumbai headquarters from Hiranandani Gardens to Lightbridge IT Park in Andheri East. It leases 2.5 lakh square feet of space for 15 years for Rs 597.30 crore, with a monthly rent of Rs 2.35 crore and 4.77% annual increase. CRISIL occupied approximately 1.77 lakh square feet at its previous location in Hiranandani Gardens.
