Puravankara shares rise on strong pre-sales

Puravankara Ltd. shares rose over 1% after reporting a 4% year-on-year growth in pre-sales for Q2FY26, reaching ₹1,322 crore. First-half presales touched ₹2,445 crore, a 4% increase. Sales volume and average realisation also showed growth, with the company well-placed to benefit from real estate tailwinds.
