L&T Finance issues ₹1,050-crore non-convertible debentures privately

L&T Finance Limited allotted 1,05,000 NCDs with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating ₹1,050 crore, on October 10, 2025. The NCDs, listed on the National Stock Exchange, carry a 7.2190% coupon rate and mature on November 10, 2028. The debentures are secured and offer a 2% default interest rate.
