Ukraine strikes major oil refinery in Russia's Ufa

Ukraine's forces struck a crude oil processing unit at a Bashneft refinery in Ufa, Russia, with drones, according to a person familiar with the matter. The facility, part of Rosneft, processes 23.5 million tons of oil annually and is the third strike this year at the location. Smoke was seen, and Ufa's airport was suspended.
