Tata Motors shares dip for sixth straight session

Tata Motors share price declined 5.50% to ₹679.15 per share, ahead of the demerger record date on October 14, 2025. The demerger will create two entities: Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles (TMLCV) and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles. TMLCV will be India's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, while TMPV will incorporate passenger vehicles, electric vehicles, and Jaguar Land Rover operations.
