HDFC and Kotak acquire ₹1213 Cr stake in two undisclosed stocks

In Q2 FY26, HDFC Group and Kotak Mahindra Group collectively invested ₹1,213 crore to acquire fresh stakes in two listed companies. HDFC Group purchased a 2.1% stake in EPack Prefab Technologies for ₹40.1 crore, while Kotak Mahindra Group acquired a 1% stake in Canara Bank through Kotak Arbitrage Fund for ₹1,173.2 crore.
