Lodha buys Chaitanya Bilva for ₹500 crore, gaining Bengaluru land

Lodha Developers Ltd acquired a 100% stake in Chaitanya Bilva Private Ltd for ₹499.61 crore, adding a 8.37-acre prime land parcel in Bengaluru to its portfolio. The acquisition is part of Lodha's inorganic expansion strategy to drive growth in Tier 1 cities. The company reported 10% year-on-year increase in pre-sales to ₹4,450 crore and added ₹22,700 crore worth of new projects.
