HCL Tech revamps variable pay, outlines benefits for eligible employees

HCL Tech will convert quarterly variable pay to fixed salaries for all employees, merging it with fixed pay. The annual performance bonus will continue. Junior staff will primarily benefit. Salary increments will be rolled out from October 2025, following last year's process. HCL Tech's voluntary attrition rate dropped to 12.6% in September 2025.
