Anand Rathi Wealth sees 31% Q2 profit gain, offers dividend

Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd reported a 30.5% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at ₹99 crore for Q2 FY26, with revenue growth at 22.6% to ₹297.36 crore. EBITDA increased 32% year-on-year to ₹137.5 crore, with operating margins improving to 46.2%. A first interim dividend of ₹6 per share was also announced, paying 120% of face value.
