Artha India Ventures' Artha Venture Fund II (AVF II) reached a ₹250 crore first close, targeting a ₹500 crore corpus. The early-stage micro venture capital fund will back 36 startups at ₹4 crore initial cheques and ₹8-16 crore follow-ons.
