Tata Motors demerges CV business today

Tata Motors' demerger into two listed entities, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) and Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles (TMLCV), takes effect October 14. Eligible shareholders will receive one share each in TMPV and TMLCV. TMPV houses passenger vehicles, JLR operations, and is expected to trade between Rs 285-384.
