Tata Motors CV arm's listing price to be watched

Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles will list on exchanges by November with a valuation of ₹260.75 a share, based on a 1:1 demerger ratio with Tata Motors. Analysts predict the share price to trade at ₹320-470 post-listing, citing growth in the commercial vehicle industry and synergies from the Iveco acquisition. Global brokerage Nomura targets ₹365/share for the CV entity.
