JSW Paints makes ₹2,997 crore open offer for Akzo Nobel India stake

JSW Paints Ltd, along with JTPM and JSW EduInfra, issued a Letter of Offer for up to 26% of Akzo Nobel India Ltd's equity. The open offer proposes acquiring 118,40,482 shares at ₹3,231.77 per share, totaling ₹2,997.11 crore, assuming full acceptance. Shareholders can accept at ₹3,231.77 per share until October 24, 2025.
