Welspun shares surge 8% on ₹1,000 crore convertible warrants issue

Shares of Welspun Enterprises Limited gained as much as 10% on Wednesday, October 15, after the company approved a proposal to raise up to ₹1,000 crore through the issuance of convertible warrants priced at ₹525 each. The move follows a 30% YoY net profit increase to ₹100.3 crore in the last quarter.
