Nifty reaches 1-month high on broad-based gains led by NBFCs and FMCG

The Nifty 50 index rose 178 points (0.71%) to 25,324.55, surpassing its recent peak, while the S&P BSE Sensex climbed 575.29 points (0.70%) to 82,605.46, amid broad-based buying across sectors. Key gainers included NBFCs, HDFC Asset Management Co, Nestle India, and Persistent Systems, while PSU banks and Vodafone Idea also posted gains.
