Stocks gain 200 points on strong earnings, despite China trade tensions

Bank of America and Morgan Stanley shares led the gains after beating earnings expectations. Despite this, market strategist Art Hogan warns stocks may trade sideways due to trade war uncertainty and the ongoing U.S. government shutdown.
