Oberoi Realty Q2 profit jumps 29% to ₹760 crore

Oberoi Realty Ltd reported a 29% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹760 crore for Q2 FY25, with revenue increasing 34.8% to ₹1,779 crore. EBITDA rose 25.3% to ₹1,020 crore, although margins slipped to 57.3%. The board declared a ₹2 per share second interim dividend. Oberoi Realty shares ended 2.43% higher at ₹1,609.20 on the NSE.
