Rubicon Research lists at 28% IPO price premium

Rubicon Research's Rs 1,377 crore IPO was subscribed 109 times, with the stock opening at Rs 620, 27.9% above the issue price, due to stellar demand from Qualified Institutional Buyers, Non-Institutional Investors, and retail investors. Revenue surged 49% YoY to Rs 1,296 crore in FY25 and profit after tax rose 48%.
