BLS International shares surged up to 13% on October 16 after announcing a three-year contract with the Ministry of External Affairs to establish Indian Visa Application Centers (IVACs) in China. The contract involves operating centers in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, boosting the company's revenue, particularly from Indian Missions which generated 12% of its revenue.
