Metro Brands Q2 profit down 4%, revenue up 12% due to e-commerce growth

Metro Brands Ltd reported a Q2 net profit of ₹69 crore, down 4.2% year-on-year, with revenue increasing 11.2% to ₹651 crore. EBITDA rose 22.1% to ₹170.2 crore, driven by e-commerce growth of 39%. Gross margin was 55% and PAT margin was 10%. Shares of the company ended at ₹1,212.65, up 0.46% on the BSE.
