Waaree Energies Q2 profit surges to Rs 842 crore

Waaree Energies posted a 133% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 842 crore in Q2 FY26, driven by strong demand and higher realizations. Operating revenue rose 70% to Rs 6,066 crore. The board approved an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share, with payout to be determined on October 24, 2025.
