Sobha Ltd Q2 results show significant net profit and revenue growth

Sobha Ltd reported a Q2 FY26 net profit of ₹72.5 crore, a threefold increase from ₹26.9 crore a year ago, driven by robust collections and sales growth. Revenue rose 51% year-on-year to ₹1,407.6 crore, while Q2 sales value hit ₹1,903 crore, up 61% YoY, with 1.39 million sq. ft. sold at ₹13,648 per sq. ft.
