Boston Scientific will buy Nalu Medical's remaining equity for about $533 million in cash, expanding chronic pain treatments. The deal grants access to Nalu's Neurostimulation System for targeted relief in shoulder, lower back, and knee chronic pain through peripheral nerve stimulation and a wireless, battery-free implantable device controlled by a smartphone app.
