PTC Inds shares in focus on Bharat Dynamics tie-up

PTC Industries Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bharat Dynamics Ltd to establish a joint venture company. The JV will design, develop, and manufacture propulsion systems, guided bombs, and aero-engines for missiles, UAVs, and munitions. Subject to regulatory approvals, the MoU was inked at PTC's Lokarpan ceremony in Lucknow.
