Paytm investors sell as MFs keep buying

Retail investors sold shares of Paytm for the sixth consecutive quarter, with 8.45 lakh retail shareholders at the end of September 2025. Meanwhile, mutual funds increased their stake to 16.25%. Founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma's stake remained unchanged at 9.07%. Paytm shares rose 22% in Q2 2025 and have gained in every month except January, February, and September.
