HUL shares gain 3% on Q2 profit beat and dividend declaration

Hindustan Unilever reported Q2 FY26 net profit of Rs 2,685 crore, a 3.6% increase from Rs 2,591 crore in the same period a year ago. Revenue from operations rose 1.98% to Rs 16,241 crore. EBITDA margin declined to 23.2% due to a one-off gain and transitory GST impact. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 19 per share and its shares rose up to 3% to Rs 2,667.
