IHCL invests ₹220 crore in Netherlands-based subsidiary IHOCO BV

The Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) infused ₹219.69 crore ($25 million) into its wholly-owned Netherlands subsidiary, IHOCO BV, for debt repayment and operational needs. IHOCO BV's turnover increased from ₹0.17 crore in FY2022-23 to ₹6.08 crore in FY2023-24 and ₹3.84 crore in FY2024-25, with a net worth of ₹3,057.14 crore as of March 31, 2025.
