Utkarsh Small Finance Bank shares rose 15% on October 24 after allotting 5.71 crore shares to Cohesion MK Best Ideas Sub-Trust as part of a Rs 949 crore rights issue. Other top investors include India Capital Fund Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, allotted a total of 14.68 crore shares. The rights issue will close on November 3.
