Sensex, Nifty end 6-day winning streak amid bank losses

The Indian benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty, declined after a six-day rally. Sensex lost 344.52 points (0.41%) to 84,211.88, while Nifty 50 dropped 96 points (0.37%) to 25,795.15. Bank stocks, particularly HDFC Bank, contributed to the losses among Sensex. Broader market indices also ended in the red.
