NACL Industries Ltd reported an 82.7% y-o-y decline in net profit to ₹3 crore for Q2FY26, despite a 4% revenue increase to ₹457 crore and 10.4% EBITDA growth to ₹44.7 crore. Margins improved to 9.8% from 9.2% y-o-y. Shares settled 3.51% higher at ₹209.
