Bharat Rasayan gets 1:1 bonus, splits shares

Agrochemical company Bharat Rasayan Ltd on Friday (October 24) approved a stock split, subdividing 41.55 lakh shares of ₹10 each into 83.10 lakh shares of ₹5 each, to enhance liquidity and affordability, and a 1:1 bonus issue of 83.10 lakh shares of ₹5 each, taking the company's post-bonus share capital to ₹8.31 crore.
