Over 40 stocks increase by 10-36% amidst market gains

BSE Sensex index jumped 258.69 points or 0.30% to end at 84,211.88, and Nifty50 rose 85.3 points or 0.33% to end at 25,795.15. BSE Midcap index rose 0.5%, while Smallcap indices surged 1% in the week ended October 24. FIIs turned net buyers, while DIIs continued their buying spree, adding nearly 5% to benchmarks for the month of October.
