Thyrocare promoter sells 10% stake for Rs 667 crore

Docon Technologies divested a 10% stake in Thyrocare Technologies through an open market transaction, selling 53.32 lakh shares for Rs 667.69 crore at an average price of Rs 1,252.03 apiece. Post-sales, Docon Technologies' holding in the company decreased to 61% from 71.06%. Shares of Thyrocare Technologies rose 1.99% to close at Rs 1,269.70 apiece on the NSE.
