TML Commercial Vehicles Limited (TMLCV) shares are awaiting listing approval from BSE and NSE, taking 45-60 days. Although credited to demat accounts, the shares are frozen until approval is granted. Both exchanges will list TMLCV separately, likely next month, after Tata Motors' demerger on October 14, issuing one TMLCV share for every Tata Motors share held prior to that date.
