Bulls expected to gain strength ahead of F&O expiry

The Nifty 50 gained 0.66% (171 points) to close at 25,966, testing the 26,000 mark intraday. Experts believe sustained performance above 26,000 could lead to a rally towards the record high of 26,277, but the 25,800-25,700 range is a support zone. The Bank Nifty also rose 0.72% to a record high of 58,114.
