Gaja Capital gets Sebi nod for historic India PE IPO

Gaja Capital has secured approval from Sebi to move forward with its IPO, becoming India's first private equity firm to go public. The IPO will raise ₹500 to ₹600 crore with advisersJM Financial and IIFL Securities. The proposed IPO follows its ₹125 crore pre-IPO placement in June, valuing the firm at approximately ₹1,625 crore.
