Goldman Sachs Bank acquired a 0.62% equity stake in Dhani Services through an open market transaction on October 27, buying 41.14 lakh shares at Rs 51.26 per share for Rs 21.09 crore. Meanwhile, Dhani Services shares plunged 8.87% to Rs 51.06 due to selling pressures and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank's rights share price fell nearly 40% to Rs 3.41.
