Jomei Investments sold 2.66 crore shares, or 1.02% equity, of Aditya Birla Capital Ltd at ₹308 per share in a block deal. This stake sale was valued at ₹819 crore. The company is set to report its second quarter earnings on October 30, following a 10% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹835 crore in the first quarter.
