Signature Global raises Rs 875 crore for debt and housing projects

Signature Global raised Rs 875 crore from International Finance Corporation via private placement of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a 11% coupon rate and 3 years and 2 months tenure, scheduled to mature on January 15, 2029. Funds will be utilised for debt repayment and developing mid-income housing and ESG aligned projects, particularly in Sohna's Gurugram region.
