Shree Cement Q2 profit jumps 3x to ₹277 crore

Shree Cement Limited reported a net profit of Rs. 277 crore for the second quarter, nearly three times the Rs. 93 crore last year. Revenue grew 15.5% to ₹4,303 crore. EBITDA rose 43.5% to ₹851.8 crore. Operating margin improved to 19.8% but missed estimates. Total cement sales volume increased 6.8%.
