Advent International exits Aditya Birla Capital's Indian arm

Jomei Investments, an affiliate of Advent International Ltd., exited its 2% stake in Aditya Birla Capital, selling 53.2 million shares for 308 rupees each. The sale valued approximately 16.39 billion rupees ($186.47 million) with the shares being sold at a 1.5% discount to Aditya Birla's last close.
